Hard Hat Media was born on set, where our founders combined their backgrounds in music videos, branded content, and social strategy for clients like Moose Knuckles, Roots Canada, D’ussé, and Warner Music. Tyler Adams
Tyler’s career blends hands on trade experience with a creative eye for media. He got his start in landscaping and hardscaping, so he knows the grind, the precision, and the pride that goes into building something right. Over time, his path shifted toward the arts, diving into videography and drone operations. He’s created marketing content for brands like 6ixBuzz and Warner Bros. Canada, and has been part of major music videos with artists such as Sean Paul, Offset, G-Eazy, Sukha, Jerry and more. Today, as the founder of Hard Hat Media, Tyler leads marketing strategy and aerial production, helping construction companies turn the work they do every day into powerful visuals that get results.
Hamis Qaiser
Before sitting in the director's chair, Hamis started out photographer—working with major brands like Roots and capturing moments with a sharp eye for detail. His transition into directing music videos opened new creative doors. Today, he brings that same visual instinct and cinematic storytelling to Hard Hat Media, helping construction and renovation brands tell compelling stories that stand out.
